Participants must be entering, in-residence or being transitioned from Children's  Community Residence
Anyone interested in these services can contact the AHNY Business Office
Strength based goal and plan driven services designed to support Child/Youth
Provided by trained, credentialed Family Peer Advocate with background clearances
Provided in individual and group settings in the home / facility
Eligible CRs : Glove House, Tuckahoe Road, Conable House, Smith Road
