Participants must be OPWDD eligible and under 18 years of age
Anyone can complete a referral
Paperwork required from designated OPWDD representative.
Provided by trained, staff with background clearances
Provided in a group setting in the Community
Must Reside in : Wayne, Seneca, Yates, Ontario, Chemung, Schuyler, Steuben
