Monthly recreational and educational activities for the OPWDD Eligible child, their siblings and caregivers.
Supporting OPWDD eligible individuals in the community with a variety of services that are uniquely tailored and individualized to meet each person's needs.
Support for Caregivers of Children in residence or transitioning from Childrens Community Residence
Supporting the family throughout the placement process, while in placement and during the transition back to the home and community
